• NGO project cycle management. This includes advise on all aspects of the project cycle (including project and proposal design), implementation, surveys and evaluations, coupled with development of appropriate management tools to ensure quality output. . We also implement field assignments such as (rapid) surveys, baseline studies, immediate emergency relief support, as well as trainings in participatory community development approaches. Seeking ways to enhance local capacity is one of the key objectives throughout our assignments.
• Water and sanitation. Our consultants have particular expertise and field experience in (emergency) water supply and sanitation, gravity flow systems, spring protection, hand-dug wells, hand and machine drilling, water treatment including filtration and household level solutions, hand pumps, rainwater collection and groundwater dams.
